Never use abrasive cleaning aids, scouring pads or wire wool in cleaning these windows because it can get scratched easily.
You can clean the windows and frames using a mixture of water and vinegar. Mix one part of vinegar to four parts of warm water, put it on a spray bottle, and spray it on the windows and frames.
