Thank you for observing these few simple administrative requirements. This will help Klein Dance, Inc. to continue to offer the highest quality training at an affordable price.
Registration fee is to accompany the registration form. Registration fees will not be refunded and class hours are non-transferable. Tuition will be paid monthly. Klein Dance, Inc. requires our fees to be paid in advance. Therefore, all tuition will be paid on the first class of the month.
A late fee of 10% of the monthly fee will be assessed to your account if payment has not been received by the 10th of the month. If payment becomes delinquent, arrangements must be made before you or your child may return to school.
All classes must be taken within the month unless special arrangements are made with the business manager - this includes any and all make-up classes.
A $20 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
Classes are based on four (4) week months. There is no additional charge for 5 week months. Consequently, there are NO DEDUCTIONS for holidays, missed classes, or partial month payments unless enrolling within the last two weeks of a month. A student may enter any regularly scheduled class at his/her own level (or lower) to make-up a missed lesson with prior approval of the instructor. Regular attendance is of the utmost importance, but if you must miss a class, please call the studio at (561) 586-1889, so that we may notify your instructor(s) in advance if you are sick or going on vacation.
All classes begin and end at their scheduled time. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your class, and to depart no later than 15 minutes after your class has ended.
It is suggested that valuables be brought to the studio in dance bags. Any article left in the studio will be left in the "lost and found". Please put your name in all your shoes and dance wear. All articles not claimed by the end of the month will be donated to Goodwill.
NO SMOKING, GUM CHEWING, EATING OR DRINKING will be allowed in the studios. Anyone snacking between classes is asked to do so in the conference room and dispose of their trash in the receptacles provided.
Parents, relatives and friends are invited to quietly observe classes during regularly scheduled observation periods (the last week of the month). At all other times, observation is at the discretion of the teacher. If you have family or visitors waiting for you in the lobby, please inform them of our school's policies.
